Due to the heat, pick up was a little different then what I was use to and ended up at the rendezvous point missed time. I reached out and saw- There is a live chat. Never knew that and it was very helpful reaching out. Response in a timely manner, just stay on the web page, no notification about a response when not. (Was on my phone)
