The bathrooms are clean and nicely decorated. I've visited the spa twice now in the past month, each time getting a 45-minute massage with Juan. I've been dealing with tight muscles and sciatica pain on my left side for quite some time and Juan was very intentional with his massages. He had no issue using the whole 45 minutes to focus on my problem areas. He also showed me several videos with stretches that I've actively been doing since he showed me and they seem to be effective. I will definitely be back. Making an appointment is easy and they accept HSA payment as well.“

When I stepped in the door, the concierges at the front desk welcomed me warmly and took me to the lounge (how does it smell so wonderful in there??), where I drank some tea and let go of the past week. “I recently had the Gentlemen’s Facial & Beard Treatment at V’La Von. The office is clean and welcoming, with bright lights creating a pleasant atmosphere. Valorie, the esthetician, took her time and explained each step of the treatment, ensuring I had no issues with the products used. The extractions were painless, which was a stark contrast to my past experiences. She expertly used a combination of manual extractions, a skin spatula, and a pore vacuum hydrofacial tool. I'll definitely keep booking appointments with her.“

The front desk team is always welcoming and kind, and the overall customer service is consistently excellent. I’ve seen both Key and Duy for services — pedicures, gel, Gel-X, and regular manicures — and they are both fantastic.

For my wedding, Duy did my Gel-X nails and absolutely slayed the design. I showed him a reference photo and he recreated it perfectly — people were complimenting my nails for weeks. I even brought my sister and members of the wedding party here, and everyone left thrilled with their results.

Every visit feels relaxing, never rushed, and the refreshment offerings are a great touch. Pricing is fair, the work is high-quality, and the atmosphere is consistently peaceful. “Waxing in general is not pleasant. But for my first time at this establishment, I have to give major kudos to my wax specialist, Michai. I am hairy. Super hairy. I have been getting wax treatments for a while. It's not my first time at this rodeo. But this was my first time here. Michai's technique is so gentle and so pleasant (I know it's an oxymoron) that I almost fell asleep. Notice I said almost, lol. But she was so gentle that it barely hurt at all. Oh, and her prices are AMAZINGLY REASONABLE! I'd go for her prices alone. I'm definitely booking my next appointment here. I think I've found the best wax specialist in the DMV.“
