Adding an update to my review: still love this place! I’ve been coming to this salon for over a year, and I truly can’t say enough great things about it. The front desk team is always welcoming and kind, and the overall customer service is consistently excellent. I’ve seen both Key and Duy for services — pedicures, gel, Gel-X, and regular manicures — and they are both fantastic.
For my wedding, Duy did my Gel-X nails and absolutely slayed the design. I showed him a reference photo and he recreated it perfectly — people were complimenting my nails for weeks. This is such a nice salon. The atmosphere and people are so nice and inviting. On my first visit I had Duy Le and booked with him again for my birthday nails. He did a wonderful job and his dedication to making my nails perfect was amazing. I (as I do) messed my toe up on the way to pay. He immediately fixed it. Sadly I did it again in the car lol. But I’m still extremely pleased with my service and my birthday nails. Adding photos of my manicure not pedicure since I’m the reason they look off 😅
