I recently moved and was a little hesitant about trying a new EWC location, but after two visits, I can confidently say I've had excellent experiences. I've seen both Jewel and Claudia, and they are both amazing, highly professional, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my appointments.

I also want to give a shoutout to Dachota at the front desk. She is always so kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful with scheduling, rescheduling, and checkout. Great customer service makes such a difference, and she consistently goes above and beyond.

I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences at European Wax Center NoMa! Shawn is an incredible wax specialist—he always does a great job, makes me feel comfortable, and we always have the best conversations during my appointments. Iman always makes sure I’m taken care of from start to finish, and Dakota is great at explaining all the products, services, and current offers. The whole team makes every visit seamless. I love my EWC NoMa team! ❤❤

I finally found my wax specialist!

I've been going to various EWC locations throughout the DMV for over a decade. And today, I had thr best wax service I've ever experienced as a EWC customer at the Union Market. The wax specialist was patient, professional, accommodating, friendly, and handled my vagina with care. You ever get a wax and they just don't get it all, leave you sticky, or are like timid to do a TRUE Brazilian. I mean, I was so clean and smooth--but here's the thing, it was quick!
