Great Staff! I made my annual appointment a year ago m, but a last minute work conflict forced me to call and cancel. They found an opening and got me another appointment the same week. When I showed up for that one I learned that my new insurance required a referral - they worked with me and found yet another appointment the same week that allowed me to get that referral faxed over.
About Tarantino Cho Eye Center
Tarantino Cho Eye Center is a place where patients can receive eye care from professional doctors and opticians. The staff, including individuals like Erin and Jimmy, are known for their friendliness and eagerness to help. They go out of their way to understand and address patients' needs, even if it requires extra effort. This was especially appreciated by one patient who had a complex issue and was able to have everything taken care of in one visit, which was particularly convenient for them as they had multiple doctor appointments that day.
However, there have been some issues with the appointment scheduling and patient intake process. Some patients have had trouble getting through on the phone and have been placed on hold for extended periods of time.
Despite these issues, patients like RBC have had positive experiences with the care they have received from Dr. Cho and her technicians. They feel confident in the care they receive and appreciate the thorough documentation they provide at checkout.
