Tarantino Cho Eye Center is a place where patients can receive eye care from professional doctors and opticians. The staff, including individuals like Erin and Jimmy, are known for their friendliness and eagerness to help. They go out of their way to understand and address patients' needs, even if it requires extra effort. This was especially appreciated by one patient who had a complex issue and was able to have everything taken care of in one visit, which was particularly convenient for them as they had multiple doctor appointments that day. However, there have been some issues with the appointment scheduling and patient intake process. Some patients have had trouble getting through on the phone and have been placed on hold for extended periods of time. Despite these issues, patients like RBC have had positive experiences with the care they have received from Dr. Cho and her technicians. They feel confident in the care they receive and appreciate the thorough documentation they provide at checkout.
Dr. Tarantino is the best!!! I have worked in customer service most of my life. I'm so upset with the customer service we get now since COVID but Dr. Tarantino and his staff have renewed my faith in the medical field. I just had my second cataract surgery and I'm so impressed with everyone. I received a call from Dr. Tarantino the evening after my surgery to see how I was and a few days ago I received a card from the surgical center and every person, including Dr. Tarantino signed that card. Personal contact and little things like that says a lot about the entire team. Thank you all for taking such great care of me and for all of the personal touches. It means a lot.

Today and always, on June 23rd was a delightful Eye glasses search with - Chy and Jimmy. Chy and Jimmy's customers service is 150% awesome and believe me you'll want to come back just to say hello after receiving such a monumental service!
