We have been working with you for about four months now (today is 7 22 25)

Just yesterday the documents were completed to close on my $402k home at 1429 Adamsview Road Catonsville MD 21228; and the wire transfer funds were received this morning

But that is the end and the result; here is the story:
My wife Marie had lived in that home since Dec 2006, or over 18 years; she and I got married in June of 2012 so I lived there 13 years
When we both retired, we had considered moving out of state but were not set upon it; the medical care is astonishingly good and we were not really discontent
However some of the politics after Larry Hogan left concerned us a bit and we started talking about it
But what put us over the top was a bad neighbor situation that made us make the final decision to move; we decided to move near one of my children (she is in KS, we moved to western MO)
We reached out to you in early April and you visited us, walked through our home and pretty much gave us a roadmap on how to move forward
As we were in a bit of an upset situation, we certainly welcomed your calm, experienced, capable hand in guiding us on how to move forward
You recommended several outstanding folks to help us (move, repair/update) and ultimately, we got our home cleaned out, fully updated and repaired and we moved out of it with the inside and outside in gleaming great shape.
You had recommended that it was good for us to move and so we did; it could not have worked out better
You priced the home perfectly and we even got a very fast offer for slightly over the asking price and within a day!!
After about 2 or 3 weeks, it closed and all funds dispersed/received as of today

What you brought to us was:
Talent; born for your role. Truly made a difference in our lives
Positive can do attitude; it seemed almost overwhelming at first but you helped us think through it and showed us it was doable
Experience: you gave us a roadmap and helped us with the resources needed to get it done
Good judgement: in pricing, selling, prep for the sale, etc, including handling a slight delay in the closing time (due to an overseas trip)
Follow-through: in details of the closing, followup for buyer agent after the sale, working with the title company, etc. Nothing was missed

Overall, we could NOT have had a better experience than by working with you and we feel you were a godsend to us in a difficult time
