Clausen was my landlord for 2+ years and I can honestly say I have never had a better landlord! He was extremely responsive, accessible, attentive, and just and all around great guy! For example: last February our sewage pipe was leaking and within 1 business day it was completely replaced. I was genuinely sad when I had to leave my house due to work. Even now, he is helpful by holding packages that were sent to his property accidentally. If you live in one of Clausen's properties, you will be taken care of!
Highly recommend these guys! Clausen was so helpful during the whole house hunting process and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for! He was always available to answer my questions and still continues to help me if I need it...4 years later!!
