After my father passed I was left with 2 properties I had to sell. My lawyer referred me to Lisa Ciofani. I couldn’t have asked for a better referral. Ms. Lisa was exactly the kind of person you want to deal with in this kind of stressful situation. Her knowledge and experience seems fathomless and she not once steered me in the wrong direction. Everything she told me was concise and accurate and honest. Something you rarely find these days. If you find your self needing to sell a property she is EXACTLY the kind of person you want on her side. When I checked her reviews she had 5 stars and now I know why. She deserves 10 stars. Lisa was amazing to work with!! She walked me through the process every step of the way. This was an estate sale that had lots of ups and downs, but Lisa stayed focused and kept me on my timeline.
