Dr. Gao is knowledgeable and attentive, taking the time to listen and respond to patients' questions and requests. While communication could be improved slightly, with Dr. Gao speaking louder for better comprehension, especially for older patients, overall, a first visit with them is a positive experience.
I can always count on Dr. Gao and her team for the highest quality health care for me and for my family. They are dedicated and compassionate. We get appointments right away and they communicate clearly and effectively. I would not trade them for any one else. Thank you Dr. Gao.
Genuinely courteous and friendly friendly staff. Dr. Gao seems very knowledgeable and interested in her patient's welfare. She's listens and is responsive to patient's questions and requests. She doesn't seem 'hurried' and is wiling to spend time with patients. There's no question that Dr. Gao can sometimes be a little difficult to understand and she would benefit from speaking a little louder (especially to the older patients). Otherwise, first visit was a good, positive experience.
Dr Gao seems like a good doctor but what really impressed me is her office staff. I called many offices trying to find a new doctor when I moved to the area and this is the only office where the staff answer the phone quickly and are courteous and knowledgeable. My insurance company can be quite difficult to work with and Dr Gao's office has been great about sorting all that out.
