It was my first time of colonoscopy so I was a little bit nervous but the nurses and doctors are so kind and nice to make me comfortable. I moved in maryland from different state and I haven't really had very good experiences in doctor's office for some reason but all the staffs in there are so caring, gentle and the way they talked to me was very kind which made me very comfortable. They explained each step that they were going to and they let me know what would happen after each step. Then, it made me understand what was going on. I wanted to say "Thank you" to all staffs there who helped me. I could give 20 stars if there are more stars
Gm I've been here when I was 50 to get a colonoscopy. But when I went there on Jan 26, 2024, I had 1 of thee best experiences as far as getting a procedure. It started off with nurse Elizabeth, we laughed up something, will never forget our conversation. Then here comes Yvette & Nay in the procedure room. Yvette had the nice R&B smooth groove on. So I said you gonna make me dance before I far asleep huh ? Finally heres Stephanie, she took care of me in the recovery room. Very attentive, very caring & very professional. Thank you very much to the great staff @ the Endocentre at Quarterfield Station.
I had my first colonoscopy today, they put my ease and gave me all the information I needed. The place is very clean, and the staff is amazing as well. I would, use this facility again if needed.
