“We've been taking our 2 cats and 1 dog to Germantown for 5 years. They're amazing and easily the best veterinary clinic we've ever been to. We've recommended them to numerous friends, and will continue to do so every chance we get. Their vets and staff are knowledgeable and empathetic, they routinely make time for us whenever we've had an emergency, and their rates are absolutely reasonable.

Today we went through the process of putting our 17 year old dachshund to sleep. While in no way was that an experience I want to ever repeat, I cannot describe how wonderful everyone at Germantown was. I could go on and on about them, but the bottom line is that they care and are amazing at what they do, and my wife and I are just so glad they were there for us today just like they have been every day for the past half-decade.

“I can’t describe how amazing this vet practice is. They have been my vet for over 10 yrs. The vets have changed since I started with this practice but the staff at LSAH has always been the best. The office manager, the front desk staff, and the techs. All amazing. So much so, that I stayed because of them. And the recent addition of Dr Walston has made me a forever customer. One of my dogs was very reactive and it would have been easy to label him difficult and annoying. But Dr. Walston approached him with such calmness and understanding, and the staff treated us with such kindness to make sure he got the care he needed with as little stress as possible.
