My dog, Zena, had dental surgery for two broken teeth. Surgery went well and she has not had much pain at home afterwards. Only negative is that they said they would call to check on her the next day, and they didn't. Other than that, all our experiences with GVC have been good. They're the best vet practice we've found since moving to Gaithersburg.
The Germantown Vet team has been incredibly helpful, professional, and compassionate. As a new client, it was easy to get in touch with them, and whenever we had follow-up questions, they never made us feel like we were being passed around or left to figure things out on our own. They were quick to connect with their doctors and provide clear follow-up instructions whenever needed.
Every staff member we interacted with showed a genuine passion for caring for pets. We could truly feel how much they cared about our dog, while also showing empathy toward us as owners during what was a very stressful situation.

Thank you for taking care of my hamster during her first check-up. The staff were very kind, and although my hamster was difficult to handle, the veterinarian was extremely professional.
