It’s a small, local office with the same three staff members who work well together and have been here I don't know how long. Someone told me more than 20 years. They also do people's bloodwork right in the office with someone working here from Labcorp.

I don't see many reviews mention this, but the same people (Ivey and Sandra) will check you you, call you, and chat with you and remember you. You’ll see families and many people who have been coming for years and I think that's a big part of why. It's a very nice thing to have your doctor and his office be people you know.

Dr. Singh is knowledgeable and capable, and he also serves as an ER doctor at the University of Maryland hospital in Baltimore. I once saw him respond quickly and calmly when someone collapsed.

They get busy and it's, but they’re thinking about patients and clearly care about remembering people and staying on top of your health. You'll hear them asking people about their kids or parents, talking about calling mr.so-and-so for something or checking in on mrs-such-and-such. It's just nice.

There are a couple of places like this in Kentlands that I think have a similar just local rooted small business feel that I think is just so hard to find now.

That said, some people may be better off with Kaiser or Adventist. If you just want basic annual care or don’t plan to stay in the area, then larger systems offer lower costs and more locations and specialties. But if you value continuity and can afford it, I highly recommend this kind friendly and caring community-based practice.“
