Dr. Tjahjana is the perfect medical consultant (knowledgeable and up-to-date on latest medical news) for advice in managing our healthcare. But a great practice needs an excellent staff, and I want to give a shout out, especially to Sherlyn and Rina. Rina recently gave me a couple of vaccinations, great needle technique, hardly felt them. The office manager, Sherlyn, is an exceptionally capable and competent office manager. Whether it’s scheduling issues (I travel a lot), inevitable snafus with prescriptions or referrals, Sherlyn handles all issues with professional expertise, communicates clearly, responds promptly, and handles challenges with a calm and steady demeanor, and is always polite. “Parkway Medical Tower is a Reston Hospital building housing many doctors for HCA and independent doctors in private practice. The building is easy to get in and out of, and is conveniently located next to a parking garage. The place is clean, well kept, and has some of the best doctors. The inside is a little hard to get around as there are doors separating some of the common areas, so be sure to look for your doctor or practice on the main directories before checking in.“

Considering that this service is for low-income people, I was a bit worried that I might feel intimidated, but that was not the case at all.
