Extremely pleased with RC Emerald, whom we hired to replace tile in a bathroom. Owners were professional, responsive & knowledgeable, & work was completed as scheduled. The results were excellent, & we plan to hire Roberto & Diana for other jobs around our house.
Roberto and his team were some of the kindest, hardest working individuals we have worked with. They were so communicative and helpful in updating us throughout the process. Leading up to signing our contract with him, his team provided us numerous quotes and options to meet our design and budget needs with absolutely no pressure, cost, or obligation to proceed. When it came time to schedule our installation, they were more than accommodating to meet our required timeline. I cannot recommend him enough to anyone in need of flooring or other home repairs! We will be calling him to do our bathrooms soon.
Roberto and Diana of RC Emerald's Floors are awesome! They are professional and want to make sure that you are happy with their work. They listen to your needs and work to match your needs to what they can offer. I never felt pressured. They were on time and completed the work when they said they would. They restored my 1950 parquet floors to their original glory!
