Steve Runnells and Tidewater Mortgage Services was recommended by my realtor. I'm so glad I went with them for my home loan. We were moving from SC to WVA and it was a little stressful not knowing the area or local businesses. Steve was a superstar in every step of the loan process. Using a VA Jumbo loan requires a lot more information and Steve walked me through every aspect of it. He's professional, courteous, helpful, insightful, and easy to talk to. We had a very great experience with this mortgage company! Our lender, Steve R, was nothing but awesome. He did everything in his power to get us in our own house in such a short time frame, and succeeded. Steve went above and beyond for our family during our first time buying. He stayed in contact, explained thoroughly, and walked us through every step. I would recommend to anybody looking to buy a house!

I would definitely recommend Josh if you are looking for a loan specialist when purchasing your next home. We ultimately went with a different loan company due to the relationship of the builder and the other company with discounts offered, but I was really impressed with the professionalism and honest advice given by Josh and his company. He was very easy to talk to and always available for any questions that I had during the process. If we are in the market for a new home again or need to refinance or anything of that nature, Josh and Tidewater would be my first choice going forward. Please keep them in mind if you are in need of similar services.
