Dave and his team at Academy were fantastic! I am self employed so it was hard for me to find a lender that knew the in an outs of working with someone like myself. Dave walked me through the entire process from interest rates, mortgage insurance, closing, and the future. He asked questions I didn't know to ask myself, and was always available for a phone call if I had any questions. Dave watched rates like a hawk for a few weeks and was able to lock me into a great rate. All my paperwork was done a week before the deadline and closing went off without a hitch. To top everything off he gifted me moving boxes, a case of water, a few things for moving in, and a box truck to help with the move! I could not have asked for a better experience as a first time homebuyer and will work with Dave for any and all future purchases.
