I used Servpro of Frederick for sewer backup in my basement. They were AMAZING! I worked with Nico and his team and I have never dealt with such professionalism and kindness. There was constant communication, I knew what was happening each step of the way, and even before the next step was started it was explained to me first. They were able to come out the same day and complete the clean up the same day. They were understanding and patient and turned what was complete devastation for my family into a situation that was handled by an incredible company and incredible people. I highly recommend them! Thank you so very much to Nico and his entire team!!!
