After a busted waterline on our refrigerator our kitchen was soaked and it all leaked to our basement- we made contact with Nicolas at ServiceMaster and he quickly got a crew out to our house to start remediation. Rafael and his crew quickly got to work removing walls, carpeting, drop ceiling tiles and kitchen/dinning room and living room flooring and setting fans up. It was about a 8 day process in total with the fans and de-humidifiers. Everyone was easy to work with an communication about the time frames the crew would come and next steps was excellent. It wasn't clear exactly what type of damage my home experienced; however, Service Master figured it out. I would highly recommend Service Master to anyone who truly cares about their home. From scheduling for service, the customer service was outstanding. The work in my home was in accordance with our agreement. The workers were attentive and very neat. My home was left in impeccable condition. The communication from the entire staff was courteous and polite.I whole heartedly recommend Service Master.Services: Mold inspection

Service Master is wonderful. Genuine and compassionate people. I've been trapped in an overall really frustrating situation, and Service Master went above and beyond. Even though they weren't able to directly help me right now given the circumstances, I will for sure be using them in the future if I ever need to. Austin was also great to work with. He was punctual and very knowledgeable. Offered suggestions, reccomendations, and also reasoning behind the issues occurring in my apartment. He offered me hope in what felt like a very hopeless situation.. Definitely a great business practice with great people.
