John was professional and efficient, described the services to be provided and let me know about a few damaged areas that would be hard to treat. I was amazed when he was finished and the stubborn stains were hardly noticeable! He made the carpet look brand new! I also appreciate that he provided me with extra foam and plastic to protect my furniture!
John was an excellent technician - we added carpet stretching and he did an exceptional job. He’s courteous polite and professional. I would highly recommend this family owned business.
I have this gorgeous white couch from CB2 that they don't make anymore. Because of SPECTRUM, I feel like I got a brand new one! Look @ the before and after photos. My rep was JOHN HOPPER.
