Wow, when we found a water leak coming from our master bath, we never expected the damage a leak would cause. We have several great people from ServiceMaster that we are working with to get this water issue/damage fixes. It's a process and with the ServiceMaster crew, I feel strongly that we've got the right people helping us. Everything has been explained to us, easing our worry due to the water leak. After a busted waterline on our refrigerator our kitchen was soaked and it all leaked to our basement- we made contact with Nicolas at ServiceMaster and he quickly got a crew out to our house to start remediation. Rafael and his crew quickly got to work removing walls, carpeting, drop ceiling tiles and kitchen/dinning room and living room flooring and setting fans up. It was about a 8 day process in total with the fans and de-humidifiers. Everyone was easy to work with an communication about the time frames the crew would come and next steps was excellent. It wasn't clear exactly what type of damage my home experienced; however, Service Master figured it out. I would highly recommend Service Master to anyone who truly cares about their home. From scheduling for service, the customer service was outstanding. The work in my home was in accordance with our agreement. The workers were attentive and very neat.
