I recently had another excellent experience with His company which was a bad faucet hose and cooper pipe repair in my basement. From the moment they arrived, their professionalism always stand out, they were punctual, explained the issue clearly, and offered great advice on how to prevent future problems, all while maintaining a friendly and respectful attitude. Not only was the service fast, but the final price was also very reasonable for the quality of work performed. It's rare to find such a perfect combination of skill, honesty, and value, so Iām definitely holding onto this number as my go-to plumber for life. āš¾
Was available when I needed, same day service when I called, rather than having to wait over a week for the local plumbing company to be available. Explained fully what needed to be performed and why. Quickly performed the repairs. Went the extra mile to go to Boonsboro to purchase a part that he did not have available in the van.The only issue I had was that I would have liked to see an itemization of the parts needed and labor rate on the invoice, rather than just a very general total amount for parts and labor.
I had a small leak in a pipe in my garage, and I was incredibly pleased with how quickly it was repaired, and for an excellent cost. I appreciate that he was very patient and willing to answer all of my questions as well. Highly recommend!
