I called the Frederick office (3/18/24) and spoke to Miranda who was patient, informative and went above and beyond to help me with my husband’s eye needs! She eventually got me a glaucoma specialist set up for the very next day and a good time since it’s difficult getting him ready for appointments! I don’t know why the negative reviews but my review is Kudos to Miranda! Have her do front office training from time to time to help other staff who might forget that the first call says it all about the establishment (even if incorrect) Great people skills Miranda!!

Leaving the Wilmer Eye INSTITUTE in Frederick after an exam by Dr. Kelly Margaret Seidler. Had the number 1 eye exam ever. She found cataracts other Docters didn't and other mild conditions to be corrected. Her professional ways coupled with friendliness made me very happy to ask all the questions on my mind. I just relocated & feel great knowing I am going to the #1 Eye INSTITUTE in the country & have one of the Top Docters. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER. ..ALSO EXTREMELY OPEN FOR ALL QUESTIONS. I THANK JOHNS HOPKINS FOR HIRING HER.,
