Miriam is an absolute rock star!!! I hate needles and she was the coolest lab tech I have ever met. She let me take my time, let me even play music on my phone, and made sure I was relaxed as possible during the entire process. She genuinely changed my mindset on healthcare with how kind and caring she was. Everyone else rocks at this doctors office too, but special shoutout to the lab techs!!!
This is the absolute best healthcare I've received in my life. All staff have such a pleasant demeanor. You're never felt as if you're inconveniencing them. They conduct themselves with absolute professionalism. When it comes to actual care, I'm presented with all information, alternatives, and recommendations. I never feel like there's an open-ended issue because everything is thoroughly addressed. Switching to this practice years ago was an absolute positive life changing action.

From the front desk, to the doctors all the way through check-out my experience with this practice has been wonderful every single visit. I always feel listened to and I feel as though my care is always taken care of thoroughly including follow-ups. I also really appreciate the online portal. Scheduling appointments, getting information, records, etc. is so easy. I'm glad I found this practice since moving to Frederick.
