I do not understand anyone giving a poor review; my experience has been 100%stellar!!! Never have I witnessed a rude reception. The reception has always been cordial as have been the nursing staff and Dr. Hiren Shaw!!

After a little over a year with our last doctor, we decided to change because we moved!(more than 30 miles)Not, mind you, that our previous doctor was a draw. I did a review, and frankly, they were awful.So I was nervous about moving to a new Doctor. I shouldn't have been.1. The office is easy to get to and find.2. Parking is all around the building3. The staff and team are amazing.4. Everything was there, ready to roll!Overall my initial review of the place is we should have come here before. I wish we had moved earlier!!!

Customer service has gone seriously downhill. I love Dr. Hakim, she is simply wonderful but her office is a hot mess. My last two visits I have had to wait about an hour before I even got into an exam room and then had to wait even longer before the doctor came in. Over the past week I have left 4 voicemails to get a prescription refilled and have heard nothing back. I had the same problem a few months ago when I was having symptoms. I called and left multiple messages before anyone got back to me. I have stuck with them because I adore Dr. Hakim but I'm done, it's time to move on to a practice that values me as a patient.
