As a patient of more than thirty years, and one that has faced many extraordinary health challenges, I believe that my perspective may be of some value. In all of my interactions with both staff and physicians, I have been treated respectfully, pleasantly, professionally, and helpfully. The practice has a steadfast commitment to the well-being of their patients and work constantly to provide the best possible outcome through treatment.
I do not understand anyone giving a poor review; my experience has been 100%stellar!!! Never have I witnessed a rude reception. The reception has always been cordial as have been the nursing staff and Dr. Hiren Shaw!!
After a little over a year with our last doctor, we decided to change because we moved!(more than 30 miles)Not, mind you, that our previous doctor was a draw. I did a review, and frankly, they were awful.So I was nervous about moving to a new Doctor. I shouldn't have been.1. The office is easy to get to and find.2. Parking is all around the building3. The staff and team are amazing.4. Everything was there, ready to roll!Overall my initial review of the place is we should have come here before. I wish we had moved earlier!!!
