What a fantastic massage! I have recurring neck, shoulder, and lower back pain from an old injury and came to see Connie for a 90-minute session. We talked through my history and I was absolutely blown away by this massage! She used techniques from multiple massage styles including compression and trigger point massage to really work through my trouble areas. I’ve been to dozens of masseuses in the past 15 years and this is hands down the most thorough and intentional massage I’ve had! Thank you Connie!
