The Gadget Guys in Fort Washington are courteous and professional. They have transferred data from a 10 year old Apple backup to a current android backup. They had to order a storage device and still had the project completed in only a few days.The 2nd job was cleaning a very infected laptop. 3 days and the Gadget Guys had her cleaned up and running smoothly. They even installed a free anti-virus program.I am so glad that Gadget Guys are there when I need to save time. I'll take it to them instead of wasting so much time trying to 'figure it out' on my own...

Great customer service! I brought in my Lenovo laptop because it would not turn on. Within 48 hours, the laptop was repaired and ready for pick up. Great communication during repairs. Before any work was done, I received a phone call from Wayne to let me know what was wrong, how much it would cost, and when work would be complete. I was able to test the laptop in the store to make sure it was working and also received a 30-day warranty. I highly recommend for your computer repair needs.

Everything was amazing. Customer service, quality of work performed on my computer, even the purchase of my son's used computer was smooth and simple. Great pricing too. This is the place to go if you need your computer or laptop worked on, they can handle it. Wayne and his staff are amazing. I am only using these Gadget Guys for my tech needs! Thank y'all again!
