Took my PS5 in today because the disk drive wasn't reading any games..turns out my son stuck his nintendo switch game in it and it messed up the disk drive. Gabriel had me good to go in about an hour. Great service and turn around time was super fast. If I ever have any problems in the future with any of my devices I'll definitely be coming back here.
I drove from Hagerstown Maryland , To Oxon hill in the snow storm yesterday, also in the middle of rush hour. Trust me it was bad , All of that just to make it here. And I have to say I am highly impressed with the service, and repair done to my PS5 (Hdmi) and they even finished earlier than Expected. Which was great because I had a 70 mile trip back to my house in the snow storm and I made it, and was able to play my ps5 when I got home .VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER.Highly Recommended, and have already posted and shared with a few of my gamer friends in the area!
