He was very knowledgeable about the product and very professional throughout the price quote process. All questions after the first home meeting were answered very promptly without any sales spin. “I absolutely love my new aluminum metal roof! I decided to replace my shingle roof with a metal roof because asphalt shingles are petroleum based and not recyclable. While a metal roof also uses valuable resources to produce, it will last for perhaps 80 years and is completely recyclable at the end of its life. I expect my new roof to outlive me by decades.

- I received a very detailed proposal--and drone images after installation.
- Julian is personable and addressed all my questions, requests and concerns throughout the process.
- The workers were careful around my landscaping (which surrounds the house) during the removal of the old shingles and throughout installation. They were also courteous and were overall respectful of my property.
- Julian cares about his workers and delayed installation during the horrible heat wave that lasted for a large part of the summer. It’s important to me that workers are treated with fairness.

“If you could give more than 5 stars I would!! After meeting several contractors we chose Nations Choice to replace our 30 year old vinyl siding with James Hardie siding. It was a huge job! The work ethic of Jae and his crew was admirable. They arrived at 7am and left at 6pm only stopping for a quick lunch. We are delighted with the finished project. Our house looks updated and lovely. They cleaned up every night.We also had 23 windows replaced with beautiful Provia windows. Again Jae and his helpers did a wonderful job. Very fast, efficient and professional. “Once the work was started it went quickly. Communication is not good and you end up dealing with about 4 people both on the phone and via email. I was told they are changing the company name to NOVA ROOFING COMPANY and that is how they billed my card but so far that company doesn't exist that I can find. The contract was with Cole Roofing. I used this company before quite a few years ago and it was night and day under the new ownership. I had a complete roof replacement and so far so good. They just need to communicate a lot more and I think by telephone. Emails don't seem to have much priority.“
