Their representative Drew came out, listened to all my concerns, was very respectful, and helped me figure out what we actually needed to be done versus what could wait. Then everything we talked about was put into a 3D rendering of our actual home. Yulie was able to manipulate everything we were intending to change to make sure it was what we wanted. We ended up with new siding, new gutters and a new front door. The house has transformed!

The crew they sent out were polite and respectful as well. They did everything they could to pick up all the nails and garbage everyday and they took their time to make sure it was done right. “Once the work was started it went quickly. Communication is not good and you end up dealing with about 4 people both on the phone and via email. I was told they are changing the company name to NOVA ROOFING COMPANY and that is how they billed my card but so far that company doesn't exist that I can find. The contract was with Cole Roofing. I used this company before quite a few years ago and it was night and day under the new ownership. I had a complete roof replacement and so far so good. They just need to communicate a lot more and I think by telephone. Emails don't seem to have much priority.“
