“We just had a rubber fabric flat roof replaced by Springfield Roofing. The job was complicated by three skylights and the extremely hot weather (115 degrees up on the roof). A crew of seven men appeared at the appointed time and went right to work. They were professional and courteous in their demeanor and obviously competent. “Our experience with NovaExteriors company was great from start to finish. We need to replace our exterior siding. Rob Wardach was our initial point of contact who did the estimate. He was very knowledgable and guided us through the siding products ( pros and cons of each brand). With his help we were able to pick the right product for our house ( We chose Alside Ascend Composite Siding in Cape Cod Gray). The company installed oru siding/gutters/trim boards/capping on all windows and doors. Also they replaced some existing parts of bad materials with new sheets of plywood. “ASA replaced my entire roof, drip edge, and flashing 6 years ago and I have the 10 year warranty in my contract. Now, I have a piece of flashing that the has blown off. I have been calling for a week now they continue to give me the run around and tell me they will call back to schedule a day for them to fix they never call back.

ASA, if you see this posting and actually come fix it I’ll revise my review.

“Once the work was started it went quickly. Communication is not good and you end up dealing with about 4 people both on the phone and via email. I was told they are changing the company name to NOVA ROOFING COMPANY and that is how they billed my card but so far that company doesn't exist that I can find. The contract was with Cole Roofing. I used this company before quite a few years ago and it was night and day under the new ownership. I had a complete roof replacement and so far so good. They just need to communicate a lot more and I think by telephone. Emails don't seem to have much priority.“
