OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND PRODUCTS! WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRINITY FOR FIREPLACE AND WOOD STOVE SERVICE AND REPLACEMENT. THE PROFESSIONAL TEAM ARRIVED ON TIME, CLEANED MY FIREPLACE AND WOOD STOVE PIPE. JEREMY GAVE US OPTIONS ON A REPLACEMENT WOOD STOVE THAT WOULD WORK FOR US. IT LOOKS AND WORKS GREAT AND WE ARE VERY HAPPY.
Josh and his team were incredibly courteous and informative. They showed up on time and were careful to keep our home clean during their visit. We recently purchased a home with a Regency insert. During their thorough inspection, he took time to help us understand how it operates and how best to maintain the system. We will definitely be using them again for all our chimney work. We highly recommend!
Very professional workers- polite and wear shoe covers as well as floor tarps to protect your floors from damage. They are very fast and explain all their work- any questions you have. Have them tell you what type of chimney they need to install and the different prices. They have someone in the office to take any questions about arrival times etc. and they contact you back in a very short time. Excellent service.
