We initially called Trinity Chimney Service because of how old our woodburning fireplace was and it needed a deep cleaning. They listened carefully and respectfully to our concerns and performed a thorough inspection, didn't skip any steps, finding several problems that needed immediate repair. The thing that I respected the most is Josh explained in great detail, with pictures and answered every questions with expertise. We will be a reoccurring customer not only because of their costumer service but the respect the management and crew show to the customer.

Great service. It was easy to discuss the service you need on the phone and schedule. The technician arrived on time and performed the inspection quickly. They seemed professional and responded to questions I had.

This was an absolutely wonderful experience. The gentlemen that came out to evaluate our problem were kind, courteous, professional, thoughtful and empathetic. They even made sure the chimney was safe for our daughter, daughter-in-law and grandchildren knowing that we would need time to evaluate their proposal/estimate. I would highly recommend them.
