I have been a customer of FlueMasters for over two decades. Tom cleans my chimney and services my stove on a biannual basis. He is always intensely honest and professional. I deeply admire how this business operates. For the past few cleanings, I was told my stove had some damaged bricks and a crack in the top. This season I listened to Tom and replaced it with a newer version of our stove. Tom and Adam just left me with a clean chimney and a shiny new stove just begging for its first fire.Thank you Flue Masters for the tremendously professional service you provide me!!! Did a great job cleaning my two fire places and advising me about them. Had them fabricate a new chimney cap to replace the rusty one. When they installed the new chimney cap, they noticed a missing shingle and fixed it with some metal flashing. When they heard I was shopping for a fireplace insert, they gave me the best measurements to use.

This is the first time we've used Flue Masters, but it won't be the last. Tom did a great job cleaning our fireplace, including removing a heavy creosote buildup in our smoke chamber that had become a real concern to me. We'll definitely have him back because our smoke chamber needs reparging at some point, and we need some work done on the chimney cap. I can't think of anyone I would rather have to do that work.Services: Chimney inspections
