I had a great experience with Damion. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. From my initial call, he took the time to explain exactly what he would do to clean my dryer vent. After completing the job, he showed me the results and made sure I understood everything. I really appreciated his attention to detail and excellent customer service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!
Damien came on time and got our dryer vent cleaned out in less than an hour! Charged a fair rate and explained what he was doing and why, which I appreciated as someone who doesn’t have much knowledge on home stuff. I used them at my old condo and here at my townhome. Definitely recommend Mack’s Home Services!
Mack was able to come the same day to help us figure out why our dryer was not working properly. He was able to discover a larger problem that saved us from a potentially dangerous and expensive problem up in our attic. He was very informative, pleasant to work with, and very, very thorough. I would highly recommend Mack services to anyone and we are very grateful that he came to help us out with our dryer vent cleaning.
His fees were very reasonable, especially for the amount of time he spent with us and the excellent work that he provided.
