“I went to Dani for a Brazilian wax before vacation and she was wonderful! I’ve only don’t this once before and it was a pretty painful experience so I was hesitant doing it again. She has a bright and relaxing suite and was very friendly and inviting since I was nervous. My wax was done quickly and with very little pain at all! She gave me a little aftercare goodie bag with serums and moisturizers and other things in it. What a super cute touch to add to the experience! I will definitely go back and get this done again here.“

“Bombshell salon did all of the hair and makeup for one of my wedding events. They were ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!! All of the ladies were so warm, accommodating and professional. “my nails are lumpy, uneven, and just completely different sizes and shapes. i went in for a color change and had the same lady as the first time i went. i thought maybe she had an off day the first time, so i gave her the benefit of the doubt, but it was just as bad. she also let gel cure on my skin multiple times and left it under my nails as well. not at all the quality i expect from a salon (see photos for evidence). additionally, i was informed over the phone that my appointment would be 20 dollars, then once it’s done they charged me 32! they said it was because i did gel and not regular, but that was not made clear at all. their only saving grace was their coworker who instructed them that it was in fact $20. i had already paid, and instead of a refund, they gave me a 12 dollar gift card, which i won’t use as i likely will not be returning after the service i received. maybe the other nail techs are better, but in general, i would not recommend.

edit: their customer service is amazing!! Judy reached out to me personally and not only refunded me for the color change, but also offered me to get my nails done again. she checked in with me multiple times about the shape and color, and she nailed it! not only was she technically skilled, but she was also very kind and understanding. i’m very happy they offered a second chance, it turned out great :) I definitely recommend finding a nail tech you personally enjoy, and if you don’t like it the first time, be open to trying again with someone new!“
