Their Instagram presence was great too — very clean, modern, and inviting — which encouraged me to book.<br><br>Bailey was wonderful. She has such a charming, fun personality that made the entire experience feel so much more comfortable, especially since waxing can naturally be an awkward process. She was incredibly thorough, explained each step as she went, and asked about my preferences — like whether I wanted a countdown. I’m a naturally chatty person, so I loved that she matched my energy and kept the conversation engaging.**<br><br>The receptionist, Paige, was also so gracious when I arrived and when I left. She explained the wait time clearly, offered to throw away some trash for me, and pointed me to the bathroom when I mentioned I had a drink in the car. The bathroom was clean as well, which is always a nice touch.<br><br>The studio itself has a modern, tidy ambience with great music, and I felt comfortable the entire time. Meeting a new aesthetician can feel awkward because of the nature of waxing, but the environment and staff made it feel easy and welcoming. Parking was also plentiful, and the location is conveniently near a few spots to grab dinner or a snack afterward.<br><br>Overall, I had a fantastic experience and felt genuinely cared for from start to finish.”
