I never even knew this place existed, but I am super happy I found it ❤ Joanna Wahler is simply *the best* massage therapist I've ever had among dozens of experiences in as many places. She takes her time to figure out exactly what *you* need, is incredibly compassionate and knowledgeable about her profession, and truly cares for her clientele. I really could not endorse this place -- and specifically Joanna-- more to anyone in need of relief from muscle pain.

One is a different, and so much better, kind of training and wellness center. I have back issues that were made worse by traditional training but in One I've found a compassionate group who are making me stronger without injuring me. With them, I am regaining my strength and mobility. They are the best.

I started working with Jennifer about six weeks ago. I was left feeling pretty hopeless by my in-network podiatrist whose solution to more than a year of foot pain, in-network PT, and a foot cast was to “just wear a walking boot” when it hurts. My foot was still hurting daily to the point that even simple tasks around my home felt exhausting, and as a person who used to hike and be very physically active, I was in despair that this was just supposed to be my “new normal.” Jennifer immediately gave me a host of ideas to try, from new exercises to pain management ideas, all of which have helped.
