“I love how u don't need an appt to boarder your dog. I always give a heads up a day before or 2 days before, just to b sure it's alright. I suggest at least to call them ahead of time. The only problem is the wait time for service. That could b so much better. At least have a sign n sheet when u come n. People jump in front of others and that is unfair. You have to notice your position when u come in. Otherwise a good spot to leave your pet.”
“My first interaction with this groomer was over the phone with Thomas. He was friendly and took the time to listen to my concerns, so after comparing a few groomers, I decided to give them a try.
My female Akita came out looking nice overall, but there were a few minor issues with her tail, chest, and face. I spoke with Thomas afterward, and he told me I could bring her back at my convenience to have those areas corrected.
When I returned, I met Bailey. She explained why some of those areas may not have been done as thoroughly the first time and did a great job correcting them. I also decided to let them do some grooming on my male Akita, who can be particular about being touched in certain areas, and I was pleasantly surprised by how well he did with Bailey.
After several positive interactions and one minor hiccup that they handled professionally, I plan to continue using their services. Shoutout to both Bailey and Thomas for being friendly, professional, and willing to listen to my concerns.
My only complaint is the pricing. The prices listed on the website and displayed inside the business do not match what you actually pay. I think those prices should be updated so customers know what to expect.
Overall, I have had a positive experience and will continue bringing my Akitas here.”
“Great experience for a well adult dog visit with Dr Greenwood. I came with a list and she addressed all concerns. She is open to making adjustments to a treatment plan without a hassle. Thank uou!”
