Dundalk Animal Hospital is a friendly and caring veterinary clinic that provides gentle and knowledgeable care to pets. The staff is known for being compassionate and professional, offering good customer service and making pet owners feel comfortable. The doctors are kind, patient, and informative, taking the time to explain everything clearly. The clinic offers reasonable pricing compared to other local vets, with mid-range office visits, medications, and lower-end shot prices. They are also willing to go above and beyond, as seen when they boarded a stray dog for free until its owner could be reached. Many customers have trusted them for years, and despite some concerns about long wait times due to scheduling, the overall experience is positive. The clinic is highly recommended for pet owners in the area seeking gentle care and reliable service.
I love how u don't need an appt to boarder your dog. I always give a heads up a day before or 2 days before, just to b sure it's alright. I suggest at least to call them ahead of time. The only problem is the wait time for service. That could b so much better. At least have a sign n sheet when u come n. People jump in front of others and that is unfair. You have to notice your position when u come in. Otherwise a good spot to leave your pet.
They are understanding when it comes to payments. It's just really hard to get through over the phone . They are always so busy or put you on hold. I just wished they would include doing blood work and stuff with exams.
In my experiences I usually get Kyle the tech and he understands my dog Oreo pretty well. Today we came in for Bravecto Quantum injectable and he was very knowledgeable. Thank you for all you do for the animals ❤. He truly cares.
