Trinity Pro Services, is deserving of 5 stars, the professional service on my air conditioner every spring, has been great, and keeping my air conditioner in tip top shape. Trinity was sent to me, by my warranty company, because of an air conditioning leak, loved the service at the time, so I kept there number and been calling them for the last 3 years for service maintenance every spring. They installed my hot water tank in 2021 and recently installed a new indoor/outdoor unit and thermostat. The service I received was AWESOME. Once on the job, Michael and his assistant worked non-stop. I was provided expert service. Michael explained any issues that arose and provided solutions. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Afterwards, they cleaned up all debris, inside and outside. Michael explained each item to me and told me how often they should be serviced. He then asked if I had any questions.
