“Our 5-year old new townhome was having HVAC issues where condensation was forming on the ductwork and leaking into our basement ceiling. The humidity was intense and condensation was causing trip breakers and cooling issues. Jerry was super quick to reply to our inquiry and came out personally to inspect the issue. In under 30 minutes he was able to diagnose the issue, craft up a way ahead, and scheduled the maintenance to begin next day. In 2.5 days Jerry, Tito, Ronnie, and Jose dried out and properly insulated the ductwork, re-drywalled and painted, installed a dehumidifier, installed a UV light, conducted the seasonal maintenance, and at a very reasonable cost. Jerry and his team were an absolute delight to work with as they were friendly, efficient, polite, capable, and cleanly. “I'm very happy with the radiant heat Fred and Elvis (Elvis is awesome. friendly, knowledgeable and all around great guy) installed in my home.Before the radiant heat, I had a hot air blower system that I hated with a burning passion. I missed the radiators I had when I lived in DC. So this was a completely new system.We got a natural gas combination broiler system. It replaced the old gas hot water heater that I was planning to replace in the near future. Unfortunately, I only had enough money to do the basement and the 1st floor of the house (the 2nd floor has electric baseboard heaters), but there's room in the system to add radiators.I love the tankless system.Fred can be a little hard to get a hold of, for that I should make this 4 stars. Elvis, who has done most of the work, is like 6 stars of awesome, so it's 5 stars from me.“

After, the initial panic, I reached out to to Servpro contacting Soledad personally. She responded in a timely fashion and made an appointment for January 1st. As scheduled, her and a team appeared at my door ready to work. Soledad consoled me as I broke down from the stress of it all. She assured me that everything was going to be fine and I believed her.This was not the first time I needed to reach out to Servpro of Bowie and Soledad was there then. Both times, her and the team were very professional and courteous. They were patient and understanding of my stress due to the situation and allowed me the space and time needed to make decisions about the disposal of particular items.
