My a/c went out during the first week of June. The warranty company assigned a contractor that made me wait all day and then rescheduled on a Friday. I called the warranty company back and they assigned Dimensions 500.
Although it was a busy time of the year, the technician came within 48 hours. It felt amazing. Unfortunately, another issue developed. I called the office and they fit me in with 24 hours. Each time, the woman in the office was pleasant and empathetic. The technician was informative and professional. I would pay anytime for their service. I am so happy.
