I had Steele's out to give me an estimate for replacing my Heat Pump back in 2017. I had mentioned that the existing unit wasn't getting the job done. Steele recommended a Carrier 2-Stage, 3 ton, 16.5 SEER, system in lieu of the recommendations of getting more expensive options that I had been looking at.

Steele's recommendation couldn't have worked out any better. The price was way lower than what I was expecting to get. The system has been phenomenal & my electric bill has been consistently lower over the past 8 years.

I highly recommend Steele's Heating & Air for their competitiveness, service, & friendly staff!! Customer for life right here!

Steele replaced AC with a heat pump in one house. Before I signed the dotted line and paid him the invoice for the service, Steele did all sweet talk and promised me to perform manual J calculation and to install the AC in another house. Six months have gone by after many phone calls and email follow-ups, no word has ever been heard from him. A typical salesman cares only money with empty promises.

Honest people. Checked my ducts under my home. Told me I had the best of the best. After another told me otherwise. I absolutely respect and with good thought recommend Steele's heating service.
