It seems I always need these guys in a hurry. Probably you do too. No matter, they will get there ASAP and will do a great job sniffing out your problem, if it isn't obvious, and have it fixed very quickly.
The couple times I needed them,for leaks under a house, where no man dared enter, and they dove in and fixed the problem bery quickly. Same day that I called.
Make them a staple in your household infrastructure supprt. You won't be disappointed. .
The technicians are all great but the front desk customer service is awful. This is a crucial step in the customers first experience with the company. I overlooked it both times because the techs do a great job.
Today when I called with my heat pump problem, I was schooled about how thermostats work, as if I was a complete idiot. I think mostly he was not listening to me.
Then I was not given a call back as to when someone can come to my house. So 5 hours later I called back. the same person answered the phone sounding frustrated (not a pleasant way to answer the phone ) he told me to call back tomorrow. REALLY! I should call you?!
