Real Chill is just plain terrific. Something (lightning in that big storm on July 29?) blew out three control panels on our AC unit. They came fast to diagnose, worked hard to get those tricky parts, answered our questions and offered sympathy when the parts caused a ten day delay. Today all is fixed and happy and much cooler. Hats off to James and the technicians and to Evelyn for working with us all long the way.

My AC system stopped getting cold and Real Chill was the second company I contacted for service. The first company quoted me $1700 without doing any real assessment of what might be wrong while taking about 10 minutes to determine that price. Needless to say I didn't call them back. However, received amazing service from Real Chill. They were super responsive and one of their repair techs, Charlie was very informative, took his time to explain the problem, showed me everything that was wrong, and how/what he fixed in my unit.
