“We hired The Landscapers to execute a good size landscaping project in our backyard in September. Our project included grading, underground drainage systems, building stone stair and walkways, stone retaining walls, covering a cement patio and walls with stone, a river stone field, and plants.We chose The Landscapers after getting estimates from three other landscaping companies because Evan Brown, the company owner, carefully listened to what we wanted and clearly understood what the end result should be. In addition, we spoke with several past clients who highly recommended the Landscapers. Price wise, the Landscapers’ estimate was not the least expensive nor was it the most expensive.Evan estimated that the job would take two and a half to three weeks, but it actually took nearly six weeks. There were a couple of days that were rained out, but generally the time estimate was too optimistic.Prior to starting the job, we met Evan at a local quarry to select the stone for our project. Evan advised us about the pros and cons of the different types of stone and had us choose each pallet of stone for our project. This was fun and ensured that we would get exactly the stone color that we wanted.Evan’s crew was excellent, from the foreman to the workers. They were professional, communicative, conscientious, and extremely hard working. The stonework came out beautifully, and it’s clear that they didn’t cut corners to get the work done faster.The overall project was more extensive and labor intensive than we had imagined. When it was complete, we realized that the price was not excessive. We are thrilled with the results. Evan and his team turned our idea into reality. “We've used Dominion Handyman for several jobs in our house and have always been satisfied. Before we came across this company, we could never get a handyman company to do our "smaller" jobs. They always had a minimum of like $1,000, otherwise it wouldn't be worth their time. Alex was willing to take on those smaller jobs, and because we appreciated his work, we hired him for some of our larger projects, including rebuilding our balcony and screening it in. We always recommend him to people we know who are looking for a handyman.“
“If Yelp had a 10 point scale, I'd give this a 7 instead of an 8 like the 4/5 states. So treat this like a 3.5/5. I contacted Jairo after seeing him post on FB that he's offering $300 per basic room. Being that we just needed a quick paint job done in two rooms, I decided to get him out for a quote. He quoted us $350 for our small room that needed a color change (multiple coats), and $450 for our master bedroom. Being that I thought his prices were reasonable and true enough to his advertisement, I decided to go with him. Paint and tape was provided by me. He finished both rooms very expeditiously, was very respectful of our time, and did a solid enough job. I had to redo some areas close to the bottom trim, but overall, it only took me 10-15 minutes of time to shore it up. My one complaint is that there were two noticeable blobs, one nickel sized, one quarter sized of the gray paint on the carpet. It looked like he tried to spot clean it, but it did not come out. We noticed it the next morning and found some methods to try to remedy the situation, but it's not entirely out. I wish he pointed it out to us immediately so maybe we could have gotten the stain out entirely. If you're looking for someone quick and will get the job done, Jairo does a good enough job for the price he offers.“
“I am extremely grateful to Cris and his team. They showed great kindness to my wife and I. My wife and I are expecting a baby. Late in the pregnancy, it dawned on us that we should probably get a pet door to ease the burden of opening and closing the yard door for our dog. We arranged a time for the team to install it. However, a little before the time of the installation, we learned the baby may arrive earlier than planned. Cris and his team flexed their schedule to accommodate us, and we are so incredibly grateful for it. He offered us kindness, gave us great service, and were perfectly professional during our time of need. Thank you to them for all of their help. “These guys are the best, as good a service experience as I've had, in any field. I met Josh, the estimator, who came first to assess our problem--water damage to a front window that matches another window that wasn't damaged. He immediately saw the problem, explained how it happened, and described what needed to be done. He gave a fair estimate with a wide range, explaining that until they took things apart, they wouldn't know exactly what the cost would be. The work was done by Denis and Pedro, who were just as knowledgeable and skilled as Josh. Although they were on an hourly rate, they were hustling, hustling the whole time they were working. They came in at the low end of the estimate I was given, avoided having to remove our whole window, and leaving it still matching the other undamaged window. That was surprising to all, it didn't seem like that would be possible. By the way, we got a few estimates for this work, some were not interested because it was too difficult and uncertain, and another gave us a ridiculous estimate WAY higher than JW's high end estimate (and again, JW woundup at the low end of their estimate). Talk to these guys whenever you need some work done, they are great!!“

“The job we asked for: 1. We had two spaces on the ceiling that need to be repaired and replaced with the new drywalls (due to the plumbing issues), and 2. Power wash the driveway and front steps. Chiko came on the Same day giving us the estimates with no obligation. He suggested the way to replace the drywalls in the best way to save us money. Also, he recommended us on how to guide the guy in Home Depo on mixing the paint to make sure the new area paint match with the old paint in the rest of the ceilings. His price is reasonable and more importantly, he could start the work quickly because he has his OWN trusted team of crew. Chiko himself kept letting me know what time he and the crew world be arriving on the day of his service. They came and did everything cleanly, nicely, and professionally. Great job. I will surely recommend him!!!“
