“We had an excellent experience working with Mike Erickson and his team from DC Patio. They removed the old concreate patio at the back of our house and installed a new large flagstone patio. They installed a new front stoop and a new front walkway. They performed a new drainage installation. They installed new footings for the deck posts and added decorative gravel under the deck area. They improved the back lawn grading. The quality of job is great. We highly recommend Mike and his team.”

“I would highly recommend LGA for your next home improvement project . He fulfilled my five year dream of having a shower in the basement so my elderly parents don't have to climb two stairs . So many plumbers and others visited us and either ghosted us or provided a cost we couldn't afford . Levi is very professional, honest , sincere, punctual . He gives a no nonsense free estimate and that's what you will pay. They leave the workspace absolutely clean and sparkling. He said it will be done by this Friday and he stayed and finished by Friday . He covered and contained the rest of the room to avoid dust and after cleaning up put back everything. Most importantly the work was high quality with smooth finish. During the course of the work I made two extra modifications to make it easier for my monand he understood our needs and took everything very seriously and paid attention to details. He did plumbing , breaking and pouring concrete, dry wall, painting , electrical, and put new doors for utility rooms and everything aesthetically pleasing All for a highly reasonable quote.”

HEMAX offered a reasonable proposal for clearing several above ground stumps and the overgrown vegetation’s underground roots, scraping and regrading the sloped topography to flatten but maintain proper drainage, and installing new fescue sodding of our large side yard. Despite a couple customer increased-scope change orders, the project manager, Henry, patiently and expeditiously provided expert advice for accomplishing the desired result and submitted reasonable invoice updates. Once the 2-day project began, Henry, the work crew, and required equipment started on time every day, worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up at the end of the day’s work. The company exceeded our expectations in the quality of the final project, the thoroughness of the crew from beginning to clean up, and their professionalism in communicating and scheduling. We will absolutely call them first for any future projects.”
