“I had a wonderful experience with Helene. It has been a very long time since I had any type of face care and this visit was wonderful. Due to my sun damage dark spots and mild rosacea and natural aging, Helene custom designed a treatment to address all of those concerns. She started with broad band laser and added several additional peels and spot treatments to maximize the effect. And it has been worthy it. The dark spots are almost gone, the rosacea is barely noticeable and my entire face feels smoother, more elastic and younger looking.
Helene provided an exceptional care, explained the entire process, effects, and truly customized it to my specific needs and issues.

“Overall great experience. The service they use to book appointments and acquire documents online works fast and smoothly.
Front desk was warm and welcoming. I waited about ten minutes which was no big deal. The physician quickly assessed my concerns and made sure I understood her explanation/diagnosis. I booked another appointment as a follow up and was on my way. My only suggestion would be maybe some light music playing in the waiting room. A little too quiet in there:) They offer a wide variety of services and this review was only for a skin cancer check.“

I had another wonderful experience at Ulta thanks to Tessa. She has helped me on multiple visits, and each time I leave feeling more confident and knowledgeable about makeup.

On a previous visit, Tessa helped me select lip gloss products and showed me how to apply eye makeup. She also encouraged me to watch tutorials and videos to learn different techniques, which I really appreciated.

During my most recent visit, she helped me find the perfect bronzer and contour products for my skin tone and took the time to demonstrate how to apply them correctly. What impresses me most is her ability to match products to a wide variety of complexions and skin tones. She has a great eye for color and truly understands how different products work on different people.

Tessa is patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping customers find what works best for them. Her recommendations have always been spot on, and she makes the shopping experience enjoyable and educational. Ulta is fortunate to have someone with her expertise and customer service skills on their team.

On another visit, I had such a great experience getting help with makeup from Kiana! She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to help me find the right products and shades that truly complemented me. I never felt rushed, and she made the whole process easy and enjoyable.

She even showed me how to apply the new products I didn’t have experience with, which made a huge difference and gave me so much more confidence using them on my own.

If you need help, I highly recommend going in on a Saturday and asking for Kiana. She will point you in the right direction, and you will leave feeling confident and satisfied with your choices!“

Front desk staff is friendly and inviting! Get there at least 10 minutes early to sit in their relaxation room and remind yourself to breathe and relax before going into your massage! Trust me, it makes a difference to your experience.

Also, if you can splurge, go for 90 minutes! So worth that extra 30 minutes to decompress!“
