I really like Dr. Mitchell. She has a calm and soothing personality. She makes sure you are prepared for what she is going to do by explaining the procedure. She easily answers questions. She is truly concerned for your wellbeing. Most of all, she listens. That's worth it to me. I'm glad to be her patient.
This was a very pleasant experience! Easy check in! Love the dermatologist. Dr. Mitchell had a very warm & comforting nature. She provided me a sense of relief and handled my concerns w/ care. I look forward to hearing back from her and sharing my skin concerns with her.
Dr. Mitchell is wonderful…immediately puts you at ease and answers all your questions. The staff in Urbana is also very nice and helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for skin issues.
