Massage Envy offers a range of services, including massage, skin care, and total body stretch, which are integral to overall wellness and a healthy lifestyle. The massage therapists at Massage Envy are generally praised for their skill and professionalism, with some clients reporting exceptional experiences with specific therapists. However, some customers have expressed frustration with management issues, such as broken promises, sudden clinic closures, and difficulties in booking appointments with popular therapists. Additionally, some clients have found the prices to be increasingly high. Despite these challenges, Massage Envy has also received positive feedback, with one long-term member describing the staff as kind, courteous, and accommodating, and praising the quality of the massages and the holistic healing benefits they have experienced. Overall, Massage Envy seems to provide a mixed experience, with both positive and negative reviews from customers.
I’ve been coming in monthly to Massage Envy since I moved to the area in 2021. I live close to the former Downtown Crown location and there was no doubt in my mind that I would follow my regular massage therapist when they moved to Germantown. It may take an extra 10 minutes to get there, but it’s worth it. I love all the staff, and always walk out feeling better than I did when I walked in.
I have been a member of Massage Envy for last 17 yrs and used different locations nationwide, but one of the best center I have experienced is the Germantwon Massage Envy. Everyone is very caring and nice and my therapist is the best.
I have had Peggy as my massage therapist. She is the super ultra woman to me and I know I am in capable hands every time I surrender my achy body to her. I work my schedules around her to the MAX!!!! Love Ashley and La La as well.
